Upon entering the home, you will find the main level which features 2 guest bedrooms (Q,Q) with a shared bathroom, an executive suite style bedroom (K) with a large attached bathroom and a private balcony, open concept living / dining room/ and kitchen with ample cooking and entertaining space, walk in pantry, laundry, and a beautiful screened in porch overlooking the exquisite guitar shaped pool!
Upstairs is a 400 SF bonus bedroom, which includes its own private full bathroom with tiled shower, 2 Queen beds, couch seating area, and large walk-in closet.
The large, finished walk-out lower level is where everyone will want to be!
